Amazing Views and Delicious Food
Located by the water, my family and I enjoyed stunning views of the vast lake and mountain range. We also liked that we could choose from a wide range of teas during our stay. we were impressed by the attention to detail in the design of the hotel rooms, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
The service offered by the staff at the hotel was poor, and we experienced slow and inefficient service during our stay over Easter. To make things worse, our experience was not worth the price we paid.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location on the lakeside was simply breathtaking, offering splendid views of the surrounding nature. The hotel itself was cozy and well-preserved, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were impressed by the variety of amenities, including room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The hotel also had a wonderful spa & wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace provided the perfect spot for relaxation, while the heated swimming pool was a bonus. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the restaurant, which had stunning views of the lake. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our friends.

The views are amazing from the rooms and public spaces. Also, the location is surrounded by gorgeous mountains and lakes. There are two restaurants with delicious food and sophisticated ambiance. The outdoor/indoor pool is very relaxing.
The hotel needs some maintenance, such as tiles falling off and poor cleaning. The food is quite expensive, which dampens the experience. The staff is friendly, but only a few speak English.

Located near seven lakes, with a private beach on the shores of a Patagonian lake, this hotel is perfect for nature lovers. Watch the stunning landscape from a terrace while dining. The indoor/outdoor pool is fantastic, and the guides offer great adventure activities.
It seems like some staff members lack experience and are not very helpful, which can sometimes be frustrating for guests.
